TICKET
The ticket for the 3 days of the congress is personal and non-transferable.
During the payment period and after payment of the tickets, the transfer of the ticket rights to any other person is prohibited.

LACK OF PAYMENT
In case of delay of more than 30 days, from the expiration date of the ticket, you will automatically lose the right to the vacancy, which will be available to be acquired by someone else. If there is a balance to be returned, 30% (thirty percent) of the amount already paid will be withheld, as a contractual fine for default. The balance will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days after the beginning of the default.
SECTOR CHANGE
If I want to change the category (only for the sector with a higher value) , if there is a vacancy, I am aware that I will have a debit balance of the category difference, which will be incorporated into the remaining open tickets. If you want to change after full payment of the same, the difference must be paid in cash.

PROMOTION
Ticket purchased in discount promotion period and there is a delay in any of the installments, you will automatically lose the discount granted, and the rest of the tickets will be recalculated with the original value of the chosen category.
REIMBURSEMENT
Direct cancellation and refund of the amount paid
WITHIN THE MAXIMUM TERM OF
7 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of acquisition, in accordance with art. 49, CDC. After this period, opting for the withdrawal of the ticket and, if there is a balance to be returned, there will be a retention of 30% (thirty percent) of the amount already paid, as a contractual fine, for the cancellation. The balance will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days after ordering.

DATE OF THE EVENT
If, for any reason, the Organization needs to change the date of the Event, it will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, leaving my ticket automatically transferred to the new date.
